Spencer Ray Dietrich (Cass County Jail)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Fargo man has been charged in Cass County court after allegedly having sex with an underage girl.
Spencer Dietrich is charged with three counts of corruption of a minor. Investigators say Dietrich is accused of having sex multiple times with a runaway juvenile.
On Dec. 2, Fargo Police were called to Dempsey’s in downtown Fargo for a report of a girl there that was missing out of Moorhead. As officers were taking her home, she told them she had been staying with Dietrich and had sex numerous times over the course of five days.
The girl says she initially told Dietrich she was 22-years-old, but later admitted that he knew she was underage and a runaway.
In a separate Cass County case, Dietrich is charged with criminal trespass, indecent exposure, surreptitious intrusion-peeping, disorderly conduct and refusal to halt.
A homeowner called police saying Dietrich was sitting naked on their porch and peeking through the window.
