FARGO (KFGO/KVRR) — Taco John’s is making a return to Fargo after closing all stored in the Fargo-Moorhead area in 2023. A permit has been filed with the City of Fargo for a remodel of a former location at 4522 26th Avenue South.
The building will undergo an exterior remodel. Inside, floor tile will be replaced, bathrooms will be updated and new equipment and dining room furniture will be installed. The cost of the project is $600,000.
Pentex Restaurant Group is listed on the permit. It’s a leading Taco John’s franchisee, operating 46 restaurants through Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota and Wisconsin.
Pentex Restaurant Ground also operates two HuHot Mongolian Grill locations in Fargo and Bismarck.
