WAHPETON, N.D. (KFGO) – North Dakota State College of Science says it has broken a 44-year-old attendance record. Enrollment for this fall semester is 3,681 students.
The previous record set in 1981 was 3,422. Enrollment is up over 9% from last fall and over 31% from the fall semester of 2022.
College leaders attribute the increase to many factors including lower cost and early-entry into trade careers.
