DEVILS LAKE, N.D. (KFGO KDLR) – A charge of felony terrorizing has now been filed against an off-duty Devils Lake police officer who shot himself during an hours-long standoff at a home in Devils Lake.
The charge against Rey Hennen is a felony. Hennen barricaded himself inside the home late Monday night.
