FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) — It was a dog bonanza at an adoption event in Fargo.
4 Luv of Dog set up shop inside the Natural Pet Center on 13th Avenue S. at 1 P.M., and prospective pet owners immediately began pouring in. The puppies were naturally the center of attention, but the older dogs available for adoption got plenty of love as well.
4 Luv of Dog staff said that this particular event was even more successful than usual.
“It sounds like we’ve got one of them getting adopted today or tomorrow, and I know there was an application for [the dog Sarah was holding at the time],” said Sarah Zimmerman of 4 Luv of Dog. “It also gets a couple of our other dogs out too, that aren’t puppies – older dogs get some exposure.”
The next event on the 4 Luv of Dog calendar is Pounders & Paws, which will take place on the evening of September 3 at Unhynged Sports Bar in West Fargo.
