JAMESTOWN, N.D. (KFGO) – A Montana woman was arrested after leading law enforcement on a pursuit in Barnes and Stutsman Counties.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says a call came in late Tuesday afternoon of a reckless driver. Troopers attempted to pull over the 30-year-old driver on I-94 but she took off, hitting speeds of 125 mph. The pursuit continued west into Stutsman County where tire deflation devices were put out. The driver swerved, went off the road and the car rolled.
The woman was treated for minor injuries at Jamestown Regional Medical Center before she was arrested for fleeing or attempting to elude, reckless endangerment, drunken driving and driving under suspension.
