CASS LAKE, Minn. (KFGO) – A man has been charged with murder in the stabbing death of another man in rural Cass Lake.
Avery Cadwell, 21, is charged in last Sunday’s stabbing death of 28-year-old Codi Brown, who died at a hospital.
Beltrami County deputies and Leech Lake Tribal Police responded to the scene. Cadwell was arrested Monday morning.
The Bureau of Criminal Apprehension assisted with the investigation.
