GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO KVRR) – A Grand Forks restaurant is closing after 60 years in business.
Italian Moon Pizza and Mexican Food announced that the final three days of service will be June 18, 19 and 20. The announcement said the decision was not made lightly and called the business a gathering place for families, friends, celebrations and everyday moments.
Italian Moon was opened in February 1965 by Keith Moon on South Washington Street.
It changed hands in the 1970’s and again in 2015.
