FARGO (KFGO-KVRR) — A Fargo man is accused of pulling a gun on two people in a vehicle next to his early Sunday morning. Timothy Busche is charged with three felony counts for terrorizing, possession of meth with a firearm and unlawful possession of a firearm.
Fargo Police were called around midnight after a couple reported a man was pointing a gun at them from the passenger seat of a car.
The vehicle Busche was in was stopped by West Fargo Police for a traffic stop.
Police found a handgun and holster in a tote bag along with drugs and drug paraphernalia and Busche was arrested and taken to Cass County Jail.
