
FARGO (KFGO) – The number of measles cases in North Dakota has risen from 13 to 17 with 2 new cases in Cass County and 2 new cases in Williams County, the Williston area.
The State Dept. of Health and Human services says the new cases are linked to contact with known measles cases. At this point, there’s no evidence of community spread in Cass County.
Fargo Cass Public Health has conducted two walk-in measles, mumps and rubella clinics over the past week in Fargo.
30 people were vaccinated during the first event while 18 people were vaccinated at the second.
