WILLMAR, Minn. – A juvenile is under arrest in the shooting death of a teenager in Willmar last week.
Willmar Police say that at around 2 p.m. Saturday, they arrested the juvenile male in connection with the shooting last Monday of a teenage boy at a home.
The suspect is being held at the Prairie Lakes Youth Programs secure facility in Willmar and faces a charge of 2nd Degree Murder and two charges of Attempted 2nd Degree Murder. Police say the case remains under investigation and is ongoing.
The name of the victim has not been released.
