
FARGO (KFGO) – Two measles cases have been reported in Cass county, bringing the state’s total to 11 cases. Both cases are people who were not vaccinated, and acquired measles through international travel. One person is hospitalized. The two cases in Cass County are not related to the nine cases in Williams County.
North Dakota Health and Human Services is working to identify people who may have been exposed. Exposure may have occurred at Essentia Health’s The Lights West Fargo clinic May 7 from 2:30 p.m. to 6 p.m. and Essentia Health Walk-in care on 52nd avenue May 9 between 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m.
