MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Moorhead police arrested a suspect in connection with a shots-fired call in the Romkey Park neighborhood that happened just after midnight Monday.
Suspect information was developed while detectives continued to investigate the original call.
A 16-year-old juvenile was taken into custody and is being held at the West Central Juvenile Center on charges of negligent discharge of a firearm in city limits.
A search warrant was carried out at a residence as part of the investigation.
The case remains active, and no additional information is being released at this time.
The case will be reviewed by the Clay County Attorney’s Office.
