ST. PAUL, Minn. – Officials at the University of St. Thomas say they have surpassed the $131 million fundraising goal for the new Division I basketball and hockey arena.
The campaign began in January of 2023 when Lee and Penny Anderson made a $75 million donation. St. Thomas has raised $56 million since through 35 gifts.
Lee and Penny Anderson Arena is set to open this October for the Tommies basketball and hockey seasons.
