GRAND FORKS, N.D. (KFGO) – A Bemidji, Minnesota woman has been charged in North Dakota U.S. District Court with interfering with the performance of duties of an attendant on a flight from Las Vegas to Grand Forks.
Jody Sherry-Berg is accused of assaulting and intimidating a flight attendant by grabbing the attendant’s genitals. It happened Jan. 16. She was arrested Tuesday.
Sherry-Berg faces up to 10 years in prison, if convicted.
