Savoy Abraham
FARGO (KFGO) – A high-risk sex offender who was being sought by the Fargo Parole, Probation, and Pretrial Services Office was located and arrested Saturday.
The Fargo Parole, Probation, and Pretrial Services Office was asking for the public’s help finding Savoy Weldon Abraham, 38, after he was accounted for and could not be located.
Abraham is in the Cass County jail.
