ST. PAUL, Minn. – A St. Paul police officer will serve 10 days in jail in April for crashing into a building while driving drunk last August.
Prosecutors say Bryan McKinnon, 30, pleaded guilty to DWI.
The Minnesota State Patrol said McKinnon, who was off-duty, had a blood alcohol level twice the legal limit when he hit the building, and his vehicle caught fire.
McKinnon was also ordered to serve two years of probation and faces a year in jail if he violates the terms.
