WEST FARGO (KFGO) – Two men were arrested Saturday night after leading police on a pursuit.
Around 11:30 p.m., an officer tried to make a traffic stop in the 400 block of 7th Avenue E., but the driver fled. The pursuit continued onto 13th Avenue E. where an officer used a Pursuit Intervention Technique to stop the vehicle in the 1100 block.
Shelby Whitt, 27 of Jamestown, was arrested for fleeing, possession of meth, fentanyl, and drug paraphernalia, and driving under suspension. Derek Krause, 35, who was a passenger and has no permanent address, was arrested for outstanding warrants.
Both men are in the Cass County jail.
