MOORHEAD (KFGO/KVRR) — The suspect in a 2023 Moorhead murder case has been found guilty of second-degree murder.
A jury convicted 59-year-old Robert Icanberry for the death of 60-year-old Terry Klevgaard.
Police found Klevgaard dead of “multiple sharp force injuries” in an apartment in the 1800 block of 1st Avenue North on April 17, 2023. He had last been seen over two weeks earlier.
Icanberry fled to Fremont, California after the murder and that is where he was arrested two months later.
Sentencing is set for February.
