ARTHUR, N.D. (KFGO) – Cass County Sheriff’s deputies arrested three men after an ATM burglary in Arthur early Tuesday.
Around 2:15 a.m., the Sheriff’s Office says deputies responded to an alarm at Bank North where they found the machine had been broken into. During the investigation, the deputies were notified that a bank had been burglarized in Traill County and the suspects were driving back toward Cass County.
The deputies located the suspects’ vehicle and attempted a traffic stop, but the driver fled and a high-speed pursuit began. The pursuit ended near Northern Cass School and the men were arrested.
Zachary Huesers, 33 of Garrison, is facing felony burglary and fleeing charges. Jacob Stein, 30 of Fargo, and 30-year-old Tucker St. Croix, who has no permanent address, are each facing a burglary charge.
All three men are in the Cass County jail.
