GRAFTON, N.D. (KFGO) – Two people were cited after running into a North Dakota DOT snowplow in Walsh County around 3:30 Thursday afternoon.
The state patrol says the plow was traveling north on I-29, 12 miles northeast of Minto, with its lights activated, when it was struck by a pickup and ended up in the median with front-end damage. A car that was following the pickup ran into the snow fog created by the crash and struck the rear of the snowplow.
The driver of the car was cited for care required and the driver of the pickup, from Edinburg, north dakota, was cited for careless driving in a crash with snow removal equipment.
There were no injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
