FORT RANSOM, N.D. (KFGO) โ The North Dakota Highway Patrol says no one will be charged in an injury-motorcycle crash earlier this month near Fort Ransom in southeastern North Dakota.
Troopers had been looking for the driver of a motorcycle-trike after a group of motorcyclists passed Monte Rodacker at high speed, forcing him to abruptly hit his brakes to avoid a collision. Further investigation determined that the other motorcycle drivers had to slow down ahead of a curve and the actions of a Jamestown man on his motorcycle did not contribute to the crash.
Rodacker suffered serious injuries and was later hospitalized in Fargo. The motorcycles were taking part in September 11th memorial ride that began in valley city.
