KENNESAW, GA – A recent study suggests nurses in Minnesota are the highest paid in the nation.
The analysis of data by the healthcare employment website HealthJob shows Minnesota registered nurses have an average salary of nearly 95 thousand dollars a year. Their pay ranks 12th in the U-S for nurses, but that’s before the cost of living in each state is factored in.
The cost of living drops higher-paying states like California and Hawaii lower on the list and Minnesota nurses to the top spot.
