MOORHEAD (KFGO) – Moorhead Police have arrested two people involved in an assault and felony robbery.
Police say 31-year-old Francisco Vargas Jr. and 32-year-old Kaitlyn Smith were taken into custody Tuesday night. They are suspects in an incident that happened Monday morning around 6:15 in the 3000 block of 33rd Street South.
An adult male victim says Smith is accused of bringing Vargas and another man to the location where the two men physically assaulted and robbed him. The victim has facial injuries and fractured ribs.
The other male’s information is not known at this time.
