Monday morning crash on I-94 (Ryan Janke, KFGO News)
FARGO (KFGO) – A Moorhead woman was cited for driving under the influence of drugs following a collision between the car she was driving and a pickup pulling a utility trailer on I-94 west of 25th St. S in Fargo on Monday.
The highway patrol says Sheena Kelly, 37, was also not wearing a seatbelt. She suffered serious but non life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the pickup and two passengers were not hurt. The patrol says Kelly ran into the back of the utility trailer. The driver of the pickup had stopped after he noticed that traffic had come to a stop due to another crash.
Troopers, Fargo Fire, Sanford Ambulance and the North Dakota DOT were on the scene. the crash happened at about 8:40 a.m.
