FARGO (KFGO) – Police are investigating a death in south Fargo.
According to Fargo Police, officers were called to the 1300 block of Oak Manor Avenue S. Tuesday afternoon on a report that a man was found dead at an apartment building.
Officers suspected the body was moved after the man died and started an investigation.
Investigators identified 26-year-old Terri Nesemeier of Fargo as a suspect after learning Nesemeier and the man knew each other, and that Nesemeier had been in the man’s apartment after he died. Using a search warrant, police say officers found stolen property belonging to the man in Nesemeier’s home.
Nesemeier was arrested for preventing arrest, credit card theft, and possession of stolen property.
