3 detained, 1 arrested in south Fargo during Tuesday morning SWAT operation

FARGO (KFGO) – Fargo Police detained three people and arrested a Fargo man Tuesday morning during the service of a high-risk search warrant.

Red River Valley SWAT and the Cass County Drug Task Force assisted in the operation on the 1600 block of East Gateway Circle at 5 a.m. A flash-sound diversionary device was used.

Jesse Ware, 30, is facing charges of Driving Under Suspension, Unlawful Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession with Intent to Distribute, Theft of a Motor Vehicle, Possession with Intent to Deliver Fentanyl and Possession of a Controlled Substance.

The investigation is ongoing.
