FARGO (KFGO KVRR) – A Fargo man who threatened a shooting at Heritage Middle School in Horace has been sentenced after changing his plea to guilty. 35-year-old James Donnelly was sentenced to five years in prison for terrorizing.
The Cass County Sheriff’s Office received a tip from the FBI.
He was arrested at a Fargo hotel two days after the threat last august. Donnelly did not have any weapons at the time of his arrest.
