AMIDON, N.D. (KFGO) – An investigation is underway into the fatal shooting of a juvenile in southwest North Dakota.
Slope County State’s Attorney Erin Melling said the shooting happened around 7:30 p.m. Monday at a home in Marmarth. When deputies arrived they found a juvenile with a gunshot wound.
The juvenile died before arriving at the hospital in Bowman. No charges have been filed.
Melling did not say whether the victim was a boy or girl, or how old they were.
