GRAFTON, N.D. (KFGO) – An El Paso, Texas man is in jail in Grafton, North Dakota. 26-year-old Joshua Davis, wanted for murder and engaging in organized criminal activity, was arrested without incident Tuesday morning at a home on the west side of Grafton.
Police say intelligence was obtained that indicated Davis was living and working in Grafton.
The joint operation involved the Grafton Police Department, El Paso Police Department, US Marshal Service, Grand Forks Narcotics Task Force, and the High Plains Fugitive Task Force.
