MANDAN, N.D. (KFGO) – A woman and four girls from Ft. Yates, North Dakota were ejected from a vehicle in a rollover crash south of Mandan Thursday afternoon.
The Highway patrol said Nicole Grady, 33, was driving south on Highway 1806 with the girls – ages 4, 2, 1, and three-months – when she lost control of her minivan and drove into the ditch. The van rolled. No one was wearing a seatbelt or child restraints, and alcohol was a factor.
Grady suffered serious injuries. The girls each suffered minor injuries. They were all taken to a Bismarck hospital.
Charges against Grady are pending. The crash is under investigation.
