FARGO (KFGO) – An effort to crackdown on aggressive driving in Fargo last week led to over four dozen citations, including eight arrests.
The “team enforcement detail” was conducted by Fargo Police, Cass County Sheriff’s Office, and Highway Patrol aircraft on Thursday, Aug. 17.
In total, 53 citations were issued, including 21 for speeding, four red light violations, and three for no insurance. The citations included arrests for one DUI, five driving under suspension, one for a fake ID, and one warrant arrest. There were also six marijuana charges, and 12 other citations.
The Highway Patrol said 37 warnings were also issued.
