FARGO (KFGO) – The Cass County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a report of someone shooting fireworks at an airplane over Kindred Saturday night.
The incident was reported Saturday around 10:10 p.m. The pilot was spraying for mosquitos and said a homeowner in the 100 block of Maple Street shot fireworks at the airplane and showed the pilot the middle finger.
The Sheriff’s Office conducted a search warrant Monday, and is sending the report to the Federal Aviation Administration.
No one was injured and the plane was not hit by fireworks.
No names have been released and no charges have been filed.
