WINONA, Minn. – A Winona County judge is granting temporary sole custody of Madeline Kingsbury’s two children to her parents.
The visitation rights of the children’s father, Adam Fravel, will be suspended while he remains jailed, accused of her disappearance and murder.
Winona County officials are closing the child protection case which gives the grandparents legal and physical custody of the kids.
Fravel was fighting for custody of their five-year-old daughter and two-year-old son before he was arrested.
