ST. PAUL, Minn. – Minnesota’s Department of Natural Resources is sending firefighting help in hopes of easing Canada’s worst wildfire season of the 21st century.
The DNR sent four contracted Fire Boss Aircraft, which can scoop up to 800 gallons of water per trip, to help firefighting efforts in Ontario.
Canada is also receiving more international help this wildfire season than in years past.
