CASSELTON, N.D. (KFGO) – A semi-truck hauling corn was struck by a BNSF train two miles west of Casselton around noon Friday.
Captain Joel Stading of the Cass County Sheriff’s Department said there were no injuries in the crash which happened near the Tharaldson Ethanol plant.
The 18-year-old driver of the truck was cited for care required.
Stading said no train cars derailed and no hazardous materials were involved.
