JAMESTOWN, N.D. KFGO) – One person was arrested and minor injuries were reported in a three-vehicle crash west of Jamestown Sunday afternoon.
The Highway Patrol says two vehicles had stopped for a red light in the construction zone on the Highway 52 bypass when an SUV failed to slow down and stop for the light and then rear-ended one of the stopped vehicles, pushed it into a ditch, and then rear-ended the other stopped vehicle.
The SUV driver, 39-year-old Aaron Madsen, of Jamestown was charged with DUI and reckless endangerment.
The crash remains under investigation.
