MOORHEAD (KFGO) – A late night apartment fire in Moorhead.
Fire department Battalion Chief Justin Rosenfeldt said the two-alarm fire was reported around 11 p.m.Wednesday at 2415 4th Avenue North.
Rosenfeldt said there was heavy fire damage to one apartment and water damage to an apartment below. Police and first firefighters on the scene could see active fire. Heavy smoke was found in the apartment. Crews were able to get a fast knockdown.
No one was home in the apartment. There were no injuries.
Police and the state fire marshal’s office are handling the investigation into the cause of the fire.
