REDWOOD FALLS, Minn. (KFGO) – A man wanted for a shooting in Pelican Rapids has been arrested in Redwood County in southwestern Minnesota.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff’s Office says Phoutthasa Prathane was apprehended after a brief pursuit. No one was injured in the chase.
Prathane is accused of shooting another man Sunday afternoon. Details of the shooting have not been disclosed. The victim was hospitalized in stable condition.
Prathane was considered armed and dangerous.
