WEST FARGO (KFGO) – A garage and two vehicles were destroyed in a fire in West Fargo Sunday. There was heavy smoke coming from the attached garage when firefighters arrived around 5:30 a.m. at 2172 14th Street West.
Two people had already left the house. Fire crews were able to contain the fire to the garage with minor smoke damage inside the home.
It appears the cause was a faulty electric plug-in. The temperature at the time was 24-below zero. There no injuries and the residents were able to remain in the home.
