A brawl broke out between an employee and guest at a Hilton hotel in Atlanta, Georgia.
A video taken by a witness that has since gone viral shows a masked receptionist attacking a guest at the hotel.
The video shows the guest in the hotel lobby yelling abuse at the employee, telling her to call the manager, as the employee speaks on the phone.
The employee is then seen hitting the guest with a large desk phone and then starts yanking her hair.
