PG&E says rotating power outages likely on Monday

(Reuters) – San Francisco-based power provider PG&E Corp said rotating power outages were likely during Monday afternoon and evening at the direction of California’s grid operator to reduce strain on the power grid during a brutal heat wave.

The outages are expected to last one to two hours, PCG said.
