FARGO (KFGO) – Around 3:30 a.m Saturday, Fargo police were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1600 block of 33rd Ave S.
Officers arrived on scene to find a male victim, identified as Keanen Joseph Poitra, 27 years old of Fargo, with a serious stab wound.
Poitra was transported to a hospital where he was later pronounced dead.
Investigators immediately detained Keanen’s girlfriend, Terin Rene Stately, 32 years old of Fargo. After a thorough investigation, Stately was arrested for Murder.
This case is still under investigation.
