MINOT, N.D. (KFGO) – Minot is taking additional precautions after a police officer tested positive for coronavirus.
The officer started having symptoms last Thursday, and the positive test result came back over the weekend. The officer has not been hospitalized and is quarantined at home.
Five other Minot city workers are isolated at home because of possible exposure to the officer who tested positive. A least one Minot firefighter is also self-isolating at home as a precaution after being exposed to people who recently returned to Minot after a trip from out-of-state.
