MOORHEAD, MINN. (KFGO) – A woman driving a stolen car was arrested following a pursuit in Moorhead.
Police say the vehicle, reported stolen in Fargo last week, fled Moorhead police several days ago after it was identified by a patrol officer.
The driver, 22-year old Kasondra Perez, attempted to fleed police around 9 p.m. Sunday when the vehicle was spotted again, this time in the East-Ten area. Police and Clay County sheriff’s deputies used stop sticks and a PIT maneuver to catch Perez in the 1500 block of 30th Avenue South.
Perez is facing possession of a stolen vehicle and fleeing a law officer in a motor vehicle, both felony charges.
