VIDEO: 7-year-old Hit by Car and Walks Away Unharmed

Yikes!  I think my heart literally skipped a beat.  You can feel the concern and fear coming from her mother’s face.  THANK GOODNESS this little girl was able to walk away from this unhurt.  However; the scumbag driver took off.  What kind of lowlife drives away after hitting a child like this?!!!
