Jillian is this week’s Hometown Hero! Congrats Jillian. Here’s Jillian’s nomination:
“For years, Jillian has worked for the homeless community as
a support and advocate. She’s worked with Gladys Ray as well as YWCA, Rape and
Abuse Crisis Center, and Dacotah Foundation to help those struggling and
provides a comfort and assistance to those who need help getting back on the
right track from those dealing with homelessness to those with mental illnesses
and everywhere in between. Seeing her caring heart and determination to help
those in our community is a powerful entity that makes me and others around her
strive to be better and keeps me working in the human service field as well.”
