BISMARCK, N.D. (KFGO) – The North Dakota Department of Transportation and North Dakota Highway Patrol have reopened Interstate 29 from border to border. The final section of the freeway that had been closed, from Drayton to the Canadian line, reopened shortly before 4 p.m. Friday.
Highway 13 between Wahpeton and I-29 has also reopened.
Caution was still advised due to blowing snow.
