FARGO, N.D. (KFGO) – A man was arrested after a wild trip through north Fargo that ended in Clay County.
Fargo police responded to a report this morning of someone driving a vehicle on the dike and through lawns in the 3600 block of Grandwood Drive North. The vehicle was spotted near North University Drive and 32nd Avenue. He refused to pull over and the driver fled. There was no chase but officers spotted the vehicle again near University Drive North and Cass County Road 20. The driver then crossed the Cass 20 bridge into Minnesota where he drove over a tire deflation device and he was arrested for fleeing.
He’s identified as 27-year old Bradley Moderow, of Fargo. The vehicle was stolen, and Moderow is also being held on possession of a stolen motor vehicle.
