JAMESTOWN (KFGO-AM) A slow moving storm dumped a lot of rain and hail over Jamestown and parts of Stutsman County Friday afternoon.
Four to six inches of rain was common across that area. The National Weather Service says hail as big as ping-pong balls fell on Jamestown. The heavy rain also led to flash flooding.
The NWS warned of the potential for washed out roads, especially gravel township roads.
